Borrowing poles for off-site track meets

AZPVA monthly members can borrow up to 3 poles for track meets only and typically for a 24-hour period based on availability. The pick-up and return day/time will be determined on a case-by-case basis in order to make it as convenient as possible for everyone. Failure to return poles by designated time may result in a fine and/or cause you to lose borrowing privileges.

We will all need to work together in coordinating track schedules and poles.  We have a lot of poles but there will inevitably be conflicts so it is important to communicate with us as to what poles you will need and when.

Requesting a pole is no guarantee that you will be able to borrow it.  If you are requesting a popular pole that conflicts with a scheduled practice or another vaulter, we may have to find a next best pole for you.  We will do our best to accommodate you.

Returning poles: Please make sure you return poles by the designated day AND time.  If you want to return poles during a non-practice time please make arrangements with us so that we can check the poles back in.  Please report lost, stolen or damaged poles to us as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we do not lend poles out for off-site practices nor do we lease poles.
